Join us as a UX / CX Research Manager and be part of our agile, customer-centric, cross-functional and international team. You will drive the growth and optimization of the CheMondis marketplace at a very early stage.

Your mission

  • Continuously performing customer interviews to learn about customer needs and pain points and maintain key learnings in the customer research repository
  • Reviewing and analyzing customer behavior from analytics and data, e.g. customer interviews, qualitative UX testings, user tests (A/B testing), and surveys (NPS, CES, CSAT, PSAT)
  • Defining requirements in close collaboration with our internal teams based on your research to design, optimize and harmonize the UX / CX of CheMondis for providing our users/customers with a superior experience across all touchpoints
  • Defining, maintaining, and owning the CheMondis Customer Journey while analyzing the performance of product and process improvements at every touchpoint
  • Visualizing the Customer Experience for the whole team with the help of established CX tools, such as CX Dashboards and Customer Journey Mapping
  • Analyzing competitor products and benchmark studies continuously, with a special focus on UX, CX and product-market fit
Your profile

  • Degree or work experience in customer experience management of digital products, user experience management, digital service design, or similar
  • At least three years of professional experience in UX / CX Management and Research in an agile e-commerce setting
  • Profound experience with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Looker), NPS, CES, and CSAT Tools as well as CRM Tools (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills along with the ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Customer focus combined with a high level of solution-orientation and proactivity accompanied by diligence and reliability
  • Entrepreneurial drive, interest in new technologies and working models
  • Flexible and independent way of working as well as willingness to research new methodologies and technologies to continuously broaden your horizon
  • Excellent English language skills, German is a plus
