We are looking for a team player who likes to think big to join our software development & design team. You will be responsible for building the best marketing​ platform for in-car searches and display types – by combining the assets of existing car UI with state-of-the-art usability. As UX / UI Designer you will take over the main responsibility for the user experience & user interface of the web portal where our clients can create and manage campaigns that will improve the driving experience of millions of people.

Aufgaben

The position.

‍As a UX / UI Designer you will help us grow the 4.screen marketplace:

  • Conduct user research, customer feedback sessions, user testing, and usability findings to tailor your designs to the user in order to best solve their problems
  • Translate concepts and projects into user flows, wireframes, mock ups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
  • Facilitate workshops with project stakeholders to ensure close collaboration. You discuss different options, next steps and develop the design strategy together
  • Develop and prototype design solutions, not only to communicate ideas and concepts but to test with real customers to encourage collaboration and iterative processes
  • Share what you have learned about crafting outstanding user experiences with your team mates, so we can all grow faster
Qualifikation

Who we are looking for?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Computer Interaction, Interactive Design or related field
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in user experience, visual design, or interaction designer role developing web-based and mobile app solutions
  • Broad knowledge in user research, usability testing, prototyping, and visual design with the ability to design intuitive user experiences based on product requirements & vision
  • Strong experience in using common design and prototyping programs (Sketch, Figma, InVision, Adobe CC, Axure, etc.)
  • User-centered design mentality - whether through hands-on user research or by designing options for an A/B test
  • Profound understanding of web & mobile design patterns and best practice
  • Ability to design within technical constraints but also challenge the status quo
  • English (and ideally German) language proficiency
