Trainee Salesforce Consultant & Developer – Munich – Start your Journey in Salesforce!

Day-to-day

As a trainee, they will prepare you for your work as a Salesforce consultant and developer:

• You will receive intensive on-the-job coaching and go through all the usual Salesforce certifications.
• You work actively on customer projects and take on your own tasks and sub-projects bit by bit
• You bring in your own ideas to expand and optimize their consulting and development approach within the business.

Requirements

• You have completed your studies successfully, and newcomers are welcome to apply
• You have gained initial programming experience and are comfortable with coding
• You have a passion for understanding customer needs and a keen interest in process consulting, with an understanding of how technology can support business processes
• You have excellent communication skills and can work independently, in a structured, and goal-oriented manner
• You are fluent in German, both written and spoken
• While not required, it would be a plus if you have experience with Salesforce
