As part of Vinted’s People team, you will report to the Learning and Development Lead. Your mission will be to enable the Learning & Development team to achieve their global experience objectives. You will setup a world-class system infrastructure by driving process excellence and reporting capability as a service to the L&D team.

In This Position, You Will
  • Be the product manager for our Learning, Development, Performance, Feedback and Engagement tech stack
  • Configure all process flows around annual reviews: user uploads, system and cycle configuration, etc
  • Leverage our tech stack to build amazing experience for employees, L&D team and people managers
  • Partner with the L&D team to understand their requirements and build solutions that will enable them to reach their goals efficiently
  • Setup and maintain a reporting cadence based on needs for both recurring dashboards and ad hoc reporting requests
  • Be the project manager for any changes to system-related processes
  • Drive change management and handle all communications and documentation of processes
  • Manage process / data integration with other teams
  • Manage system updates and communication with vendors
  • Audit for data integrity, accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain the data architecture according to HRIS
  • Advocate for the use of technology and automation across people processes
  • Build resources and guides for Vinted People to use relevant tools
About You
  • 2-5 years of experience in implementing or maintaining L&D / engagement systems
  • Experience in HR reporting, ideally with talent management data
  • Track record of building scalable experiences for employees and people managers
  • Previously worked with an org size of 500-3000 employees
  • Advanced Excel / Gsheet skills (pivot tables + vlookups)
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong focus on customer experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent at communicating in spoken and written English
  • Experience with Lattice, Leapsome, 15five, Peakon, CultureAmp, Degreed or Workday Talent Suite would be a strong plus

We are adopting a hybrid workplace model. This means that you’ll spend Tuesdays and Wednesdays working from the office, and for the remainder of your time, you’ll be able to choose between either working from home or the office.

But from now until at least 1st September, however, we plan to continue working from home. The new model will roll out once the pandemic situation is under control and national workplace restrictions are lifted.
