How To Contribute To Our Vision
- Grow Sales through active selling of SGRE’s service products, e.g: maintenance contracts related to New Unit sales; renewals; other Original Equipment Manufacturers; bring backs Siemens Gamesa technologies; sales of Aftermarket products
- Initiate structured action plans to underline growth of the Services division.
- Understand the wind industry competitive landscape, and ensure proper networking within industry professionals and foster personal contacts to strategically and effectively pursue sales opportunities.
- Manage external and internal clients relationship, developing & strengthening client loyalty by providing quality proposals & services, advise, support (commercial, technical, operative and administrative) and information that address client objectives.
- Propose new ways of acting based on creative approaches, knowledge and the pursuit of excellence
- Track and understand relevant energy policy issues both national and regional.
- Carry out the representation of the company in front of official organisms and bodies, regarding performance or geographical scope.
- Maintain projects metrics/measurements (KPIs) to ensure optimum efficiency and quality and develop a reporting process to utilize the metrics to drive operational improvements.

- Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Engineering - technical studies preferred
- Relevant experience in the wind or energy sales’ sector
- Strong technical sales skills and ability to follow up by respective project management skills
- Business oriented and international mindset, strong influential capabilities
- Collaborative mindset and teamwork oriented
- Communication skills and proficient English and Turkish level; German would be an advantage
- Integrity, maturity, initiative, pro-active, resourcefulness
