Technical Engineer M365
What to expect:
  • Have a thorough understanding of business procedures, and assist with the integration and application of M365 technology
  • Develop concepts for change that will enhance user experiences and business operations
  • Create specifications, estimate effort, and assist with the implementation of business needs, identifying and managing interdependencies
  • Continue to collaborate closely with relevant engineering teams for the designated service areas
  • Keep up with trends and the product roadmap to ensure that the solution is used as effectively as possible
  • Manage applications, discuss with users, and engage in ongoing improvement processes
  • Handle M365-related tickets and escalated incidents
  • Help with incidents and requests for improvement measures, as well as troubleshoot issues for greater system transparency and stability

Personal Requirements:
  • A bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, or a comparable field of study (or equivalent and related experience preferred)
  • At least three years’ worth of expertise in M365 consulting or a comparable field
  • Knowledge of how to use Microsoft M365 products for the architecture, design, and development of big and complex applications and services
  • Real-world expertise in Microsoft infrastructure design, integration, operation, and migration
  • Project management methods expertise; experience leading small- to medium-sized projects or sub-leading in larger-scale projects
  • Expertise in managing requests while utilising relevant technology
  • Proficient in English
  • Proven business and technical knowledge
  • Excellent organising skills
