As a Team Lead at logit.syncreon in Neuss, you will be responsible for the efficient coordination of our high-tech goods and on-time dispatch. About the Role

How you will contribute

  • Personnel management as well as personnel control in the operations area
  • Control of work safety and disciplinary regulations as well as their compliance
  • Support with incidental activities in the operative day-to-day business (e.g. picking, goods receipts, packing, permanent inventories, etc.)
  • Training and instruction of employees and temporary workers
  • Implementation and compliance with 5S standards
  • Control and documentation of incoming and outgoing goods, including ensuring that orders are processed on time
  • Contact person for customers on operational issues
  • Quality control including processing and documentation of clarification cases
  • Monitoring of stocks and execution of inventories and cycle counts / permanent inventories in accordance with specified processes and work instructions
  • Checking and processing of results from permanent inventories
  • Recording and reporting of key figures and deviations


Your Key Qualifications

  • Completed training as a warehouse logistics specialist or comparable training desirable
  • Practical experience in warehousing with initial management experience
  • Experience in quality control as well as in handling warehouse management systems
  • Fluent in written and spoken German, knowledge of English an advantage
  • Knowledge and experience in handling MS Office applications and inventory control systems
  • A high degree of personal responsibility, independence as well as planning and organizational skills
