Help our customers to build their wealth: In our Customer Service Department, we see it as our task to unlock, comfort and assist our users on their journey. Our work stands for empathy, education and guidance. We work confidentially to provide our customers the highest support standard. By listening to our users we can improve our product and offer the best service possible. We ensure to push the goal further to democratize wealth and close the pension gap.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Be responsible for the professional development of our Customer Service team
• Drive the development of Trade Republic’s Customer Service expertise
• Work on varied tasks such as knowledge transfer, provision and administration of knowledge content as well as process and system optimizations
• Support your colleagues in their professional development and actively shape their learning process
• Be the go-to person for our team for trading and all associated topics and
• Inspire your team to take Customer Service at Trade Republic to a new level

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• You already have experience as a Subject Matter Expert in Customer Service, ideally in a start-up company
• You impress with your communication skills and are able to communicate even complex issues easily
• You have experience in the financial industry and are proactively willing to delve deeper into these topics
• You enjoy helping your colleagues and imparting knowledge
• You have a structured way of working and strong time management skills
• You are a true networking talent and have already demonstrated this in your previous positions
• You are a self driven person who goes the “extra mile” to reach goals and set new standards
• We are strong in a team - even with a high workload or in stressful phases you stay positive and support your colleagues
• You speak English and German fluently, other languages are a plus
• You already live in Berlin or are willing to relocate
