Following the entry of TPA Real Estate Brands founder Lutz Grimm, we continue to revolutionize the real estate industry through digitalization and the supply of targeted data for room concepts of the future. In addition to the continuous improvement of our product, Europeanization is one of our next steps in our growth.

For our Technology department, we are currently looking for a Lead Developer(m/f/d)in a permanent position in our office in Berlin-Ostkreuz or nationwide remotely.

Your tasks

  • Functional and technical leadership of a development team of up to four developers
  • Working in a cross functional team in collaboration with roles from product, UX and operational business
  • Participation in all product stages: exploration, design, implementation, test and integration
  • Participation in the implementation of Scrum and Domain Driven Design in your team
  • Preparation of the onboarding of new team members, regular feedback and trainings

Your profile

  • Specialist in computer science application development or university degree in the field of (media) computer science or similar
  • Several years of professional experience as a backend developer, ideally in the online environment
  • Practical experience as lead developer incl. team leadership
  • Ability to manage a team working with PHP in the backend and TypeScript in the frontend
  • Experience with microservice-oriented architecture will be an additional asset
  • Knowledge of event driven architecture is desired
  • Very good English skills, German skills will be an additional asset
  • Sovereign behavior as well as a structured, self-responsible way of working
