Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Software Developerto join our team in Wiesbaden, Germany.

You will work as part of a development team and interact with customers, conducting analysis to determine the most effective software and web technologies to satisfy their needs. You’ll be tasked with the design, creation, testing, and maintenance of the software, web based applications and content solutions to satisfy customer requirements. Follow a formal design process using formal specifications, data flow diagrams, other accepted design techniques and also adheres to laws, standards, and established guidelines for development and delivery of software and web applications.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates creation and collection of necessary technology components and integrate them into a coherent site design

• Designs and develops visually-pleasing, content rich, user-friendly interfaces with intuitive navigation

• Develops and maintains software and web development technical documentation to assist with software and web application maintenance and upgrades

• Provides software process management and configuration management throughout the software / web development lifecycle

• Integrates new software and web products with existing software and web applications in order to improve the functionality or design of the system

• Possesses knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in web software development

• Requires a proficiency in the use of one or more web technologies

• Works independently on more complex projects

Requirements:

• Active Secret Level Security Clearance

• BA/BS Degree and 5 years’ experience

• Ability to pass TESA requirement

• DoD 8570 Level II Certification

• Comprehensive knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in Web software development and design

• Proficiency in the use of one or more web technologies such as C#, JavaScript, NetCore, Agile Framework.

Security Clearance Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen with an Active Secret Security Clearance

Contract:ManTech has been working on this program for over 10 years and we’re continuing our important work on the EMITS contract, a brand new, fully funded 5-year contract began on 1 Feb 2021.

Physical Requirements:

• The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

• Constantly positions self to maintain computers in the lab, including under the desks and in the server closet

• Frequently moves Audio/Visual or Computer equipment weighing up to 70 pounds across and/or around a business campus or large facility.

For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
