Join us as a Site Reliability Engineer in the engineering team and leave your mark in re-defining how energy traders work! Your mission is to make enmacc’s platform and development infrastructure even more reliable, efficient, secure and performant. You create a bridge between development and operations by applying a software engineering mindset to platform administration topics. You will have a real impact in shaping our engineering culture and - of course - our platform, assuming responsibility and growing within our quickly developing organization.

Tasks

  • Ensure and improve the reliability of the enmacc trading platform and make sure that performance targets are met
  • Monitor and analyse infrastructure and platform to detect performance regressions and prevent outages
  • Extend the monitoring capabilities across the full technology stack
  • Support in the case of an incident and perform in depth post mortem analysis
  • Optimizing and extend the software delivery pipeline to improve developer experience
  • Support in the operational release management
Requirements

  • Degree in computer science, completed training as an IT specialist or comparable knowledge from practical experience
  • First experiences with aspects of Site Reliability Engineering
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services
  • Experience working with container-based CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience deploying, instrumenting and administrating web applications
  • Interest and passion to learn and experiment with new technologies
  • Strong written and spoken English skills
