    The Corporate Strategy & Projects department is an ambitious team which drives strategy, structure and transformation together with the organization. We are responsible for the Corporate Strategy, PERI Group PMO and CEO Office.

    Your responsibilities

    • Ensuring the company-wide implementation, monitoring and continuous updating of the PERI Group strategy
    • Project lead of the "PERI 20xx" strategy development process
    • Company-wide support and monitoring of the critical breakthrough projects which are identified within the framework of the Group strategy
    • Proactive strategic advice to the Executive Board and the Board of Directors
    • Development, prioritization, steering and implementation of the Group’s portfolio management at corporate level
    • Ensuring compliance within the strategy process at business and regional level, including coordination with business units, market units and central functions
    • Leading international and cross-divisional projects

    Your profile

    • Successfully completed university degree (diploma, master’s degree) in the field of business administration, industrial engineering, civil engineering, MINT subjects or a comparable degree
    • Several years of professional experience with a focus on strategic work - ideally in an international environment in a consulting company or industry
    • Experience in stakeholder management
    • Very good business management skills with an entrepreneurial mindset
    • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills as well as strategically oriented, result-driven working style
    • Confident appearance, assertiveness
    • Flexibility and willingness to travel
    • Convincing communication skills in German and English
