As ManpowerGroup Solutions, we are looking for direct placement for our customer, Metso Outotec - for a permanent position as Senior Process Engineer Pelletizing (m/f/d).

Metso Outotec is the leading suppliers of iron ore pelletizing plants. The focus of our Product Group is the

development, engineering and supply of pellet plants as well as to provide services across the lifecycle of a plant.

We are expanding our team and are therefore looking to recruit.

As Senior Process Engineer Pelletizing (m/f/d), You Will
  • Lead and manage global implementation of international projects, considering all contractual scopes i.e. engineering,supplies as well as advisory services as applicable
  • Lead and manage proposal projects as required
  • Realize end-to-end responsibility for the entire project lifetime Develop and implement an optimum execution strategy
  • Provide direction and guidance to all team members
  • Coordinate all internal and external stakeholders of the project with particular emphasis on the customer interface
  • Manage the external interfaces and relationship with client and partners
  • Ensure a seamless execution and consider besides contractual and performance KPI´s also customer satisfaction as wellas the long-term benefits to OT
  • Ensure that opportunities for additional capex and service sales are taken into account
  • Maintain high safety standards in delivering all aspects of the project ensuring a strong safety culture and environmentalawareness during all phases of the implementation
Desired Education & Background
  • Technology, engineering, commercial and/or construction experience in our technologies or similar industries is essential;construction, commissioning, operations and maintenance background is beneficial (EPC capability)
  • Strong Experience in implementation of plant or equipment projects
  • Customer orientation and understanding of technical and commercial drivers
  • Project Management certification
  • Engineering degree and work experience in Industry
