As a design engineer, you will design energy-saving and resource-saving mechanical components, assemblies, and products from conception to series production. The focus of development and design is on customer-oriented and innovative solutions.

Your impact
  • Develop constructive solutions for components and assemblies within the framework of specified conceptions and general guidelines with a focus on sheet metal processing and plastic components
  • Create CAD 3D models with associated documents and parts lists
  • Calculate static strength, tolerance positions, dimensioning, and weight of the parts to be designed
  • Elaborate, analyze and evaluate solution designs taking into account functional, material, manufacturing, and economic aspects
  • Develop components and assemblies and optimize the results
Who you are

You have strong analytical thinking skills, a structured approach to work, and high problem-solving ability. Additionally, you have:
  • Studies TH/FH in the fields of mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or power engineering
  • Sound knowledge of general ventilation technology, heating technology, mechatronics, fluid dynamics, and thermodynamics
  • High flexibility for changing tasks and requirements
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
  • Several years of professional experience advantageous
