This role presents a significant opportunity to create and scale an emerging business in a rapidly growing segment for Infineon.

In your new role you will:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategiesfor mmW radar sensors and associated software solutionsto drive the adoption and market penetration of our mmW radar products
  • Work closely with lead customers, engineering teams and project leadsto develop and deliver innovative and competitive systemofferings
  • Translate market needs, user requirements and customer insightsinto a business strategyand clearly defined systemand product requirements
  • Develop detailed business and technical requirements that can be used to create system and product specifications
  • Manage feature prioritization and trade-offsto ensureon time delivery of a greatcustomer experience
  • Collaborate cross functional with product management and HW/SW engineering teamsto define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
  • Gain deep market understanding and competitor intelligencefor mmW radar sensing

You are open to new ideas and receptive to other ways of thinking or working. You accept responsibility for common goals and put the team’s results above your own interests. Furthermore, you listen actively to the customer and consider his point of view, thoughts, and ideas.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:


  • A minimum of 6 years’ experience in marketing or technical product managementin software and/or sensor systems
  • A degree in engineering management / computer science and marketingwith a demonstrated passion for high-tech. Alternatively a degree in electrical engineering/softwarewith a strong interest in business
  • Proven ability to solve critical problemswith high complexity by pro-actively involving expert networks
  • Highly experienced in interfacing with global key customers
  • Proven ability to make smart features versus time-to-market business trade-offs;experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions and assertions of business value
  • Excellent English skills in both spoken and written
