DHL Express is seeking for a Senior Manager HR Great Place to Work/Projects based in Bonn, Germany. In this role, you will drive and implement divisional HR strategic initiatives & priorities positioning DHL Express as an Employer of Choice and Great Place to Work while ensuring Top Employer participation, social media and PR activity. You drive internal and external HR Express communications to embed the FOCUS strategy and deliver key functional content and messages.

YOUR TASKS

  • Responsible for building and growing the reputation of DHL Express as a great place to work globally, across six regions
  • Drive the HR internal and external communication strategy on traditional, digital and social media for HR to ensure positioning as Employer of Choice also in order to embed the FOCUS strategy and deliver key functional content and messages
  • Global management and activation of DHL’s partnerships with recognition schemes such as Great Place to Work and Top Employer
  • Responsible for external perception of DHL Express as an Employer of Choice across all relevant touchpoints
  • Initiate innovative messaging strategies by audience internal and external and develop compelling messages
  • Identification of relevant topics to include in communications, and developing and implementing appropriate messages in various communication channels and formats to ensure a continuous information flow
  • Develop and provide input of key HR initiatives and their customer added value
  • Strengthen the engagement of the world’s most international company and build a solid relation with DHL’s trusted partners internal and external as well as with the new ones
  • Management of PR activity and related briefings for senior executives
  • Creation of new Global DHL Express career site look, feel and messaging
  • Coordinate various projects and activities for Global
