As part of our Transaction Strategy and Execution Team in Berlin, Hamburg, Stuttgart, Frankfurt/Main, Dusseldorf or Munich, you will help Corporate Clients or Private Equity Investors to generate sustainable value in their transactions. Your diverse tasks will include:

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and evaluate business and operating models as well as value chains as part of performance improvement programs or transactions of our national and international clients
  • Prepare financial, operational and carve-out due diligence reports in national and cross-border assignments, often as part of multi-disciplinary, integrated due diligence teams
  • Identify or assess value creation potential, derive and implement corresponding measures, often together with client’s management teams or with Private Equity Investors (e.g. optimization of business or operating models, of cash positions, of purchasing and supply chain structures, of net working capital, of top-line and product portfolio, of various cost positions, of headcount transformation, etc.)
  • Assess, implement and track synergy potentials along the value chain or drive the Pre-Deal value creation
  • Be a team member or manage projects, coordinate stakeholders, drive quality and motivate your team to work together on common challenges
  • Promote the professional and personal development of your team members

What You Can Contribute – Skills For Shaping The Future
  • At least two years’ professional experience in consulting with a focus on transactions, performance improvement, value creation or operative restructuring; alternatively, a strong academic background with a distinct interest in strategy and transactions
  • Above-average university degree in business and economics or engineering (also desirable: MBA or PhD); alternatively, in another subject in combination with a strong interest in transaction advisory services
