  • You are responsible for the workflow design and the design of imaging software solutions for radiation therapy and design the necessary clinical/technical projects independently
  • Based on customer research, market data and interactions with internal partners (product management, marketing and sales), you model the clinical workflows of the customers
  • You will play a key supporting role in strategic market and competitor analysis in the field of innovative imaging software solutions for radiation oncology
  • You ensure optimal product quality by continuously assessing the product throughout the product development cycle
  • Your area of responsibility includes the planning and implementation of tests for customer evaluation and the supervision of technical/scientific cooperation
  • You independently supervise doctoral students, diploma students and interns
  • You will work in multidisciplinary teams in the areas of product definition, pre-development and product development

  • You have completed a master’s degree in (medical) physics, computer science or a comparable field; PhD desirable
  • You have several years of professional experience in the field of medicine or life sciences, preferably radiation therapy
  • You have in-depth knowledge of workflows, imaging processes and software applications in radiation therapy; Experience in software development is advantageous
  • You have in-depth knowledge of imaging procedures for radiology, oncology
  • You have good knowledge in the field of medical technology and comprehensive knowledge of medical image processing algorithms and ideally segmentation and registration; knowledge of innovative cloud-based software solutions, big data processes and algorithms from the field of artificial intelligence is an advantage
Your attributes and skills:
  • In order to be able to act confidently in our international environment, you have business fluent English skills. Good knowledge of German is an advantage
  • You find it easy to quickly acquire a solid understanding of a particular technology in the healthcare market and identify customer and market trends
  • You will support our customers in their search for perfect quality and develop solutions that exceed their expectations
