  • Build a start-up! We are about to shake up the SMB insurance market. We have proven ideas on how to make protecting your business as an entrepreneur and managing risk easy and transparent.
  • You lead and develop our team of frontend and backend developers in an agile environment and expand it as needed
  • You are our tech expert in interdisciplinary team(s), working with product managers and designers to sharpen our product vision
  • You further develop our tech and infrastructure to implement technical requirements
What should you bring along?
  • You have more than 5 years of hands-on experience in professional backend development. You have been working as a team leader or lead developer for at least 2 years.
  • You have experience working with our tech stack, especially with Node.js, React, Typescript, Docker, PostgreSQL.
  • You have already built automation tools and cloud environments (e.g. AWS)
  • You can provide the appropriate impetus for your team - from coding guidelines, code reviews and efficient delivery to technology and architecture decisions
  • You speak English (German is a plus)
