For an international customer we are currently looking for a Scrum Master (f/m/d).

Aufgaben
  • As part of your work, you will empower and coach an agile scrum team to improve value generation
  • As part of a highly motivated, autonomous, and confident team, you utilize your strong mediation skills to tackle intra- and inter-team conflicts
  • You will have the freedom to grow and mold teams and individuals as you see fit to reach their potential
  • Furthermore, you will develop the team’s level of self-organization, ownership, and culture, following agile principles in a fast-paced environment
  • You will be expected to inspire your colleagues, bringing new insights to the table just as much as you support them in realizing theirs
  • You will facilitate team meetings (such as scrum of scrums, communities of practice, and guilds), sharing lessons learned with other scrum masters as well as partner projects from other departments

Qualifikation
  • Diploma in computer science or equivalent experience
  • Expert in SCRUM and Agile Framework
  • Know how in software project management
  • 3+ years of working as a scrum master in a software development team
  • Local language German for Germany and English fluent is mandatory

Duration: 31.01.2024 (extension possible)
