Your Role

As an SAP Authorization Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that SAP authorizations are regularly checked and reworked to meet functional and organizational requirements. Your main tasks will include:

• Designing roles for specific job requirements in alignment with Business Process Owners.
• Identifying and addressing segregation of duties conflicts.
• Maintaining the SAP framework authorization concept.
• Supporting the annual SAP license audit.
• Providing user administration support for SAP IT projects and ensuring a smooth transition into operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in setting up and maintaining SAP authorizations and roles in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA. You should have:

• Knowledge of the latest SAP technologies such as FIORI.
• Ability to ensure that ITGC requirements are met and provide support for the annual ITGC audit.
• Experience in checking requirements for new and existing roles/workplaces/profiles.
• Experience in maintaining the role template and SAP framework authorization concepts.
  
  

• Professional business and technical experience within the Users & Authorizations area of SAP R/3,
• S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, CX, SAC with an international background
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Proven ability to work with all levels of management throughout the organization and develop business partnerships
• Structured and target-oriented proactive working style, assertiveness with clear focus on rapid implementation
• Strong creative and analytical problem-solving skills
• Consulting experiences an advantage
• Strong user orientation and service mentality
• Language English and German fluently
• SAST-Suite knowledge would be an advantage
