About the client- the company is based in Austria &; is an intuitive web-based open BIM platform to require, validate, and use building information, thus saving time and money in building projects.
They drive digital innovation to give our customers a holistic but focused understanding of buildings to create the best future we can imagine.
Job role in brief- As Sales Manager, you will receive customer leads prepared by the inside Sales Team and carry out the entire sales process. Therefore, you will be responsible for the acquisition of new customers, support of existing ones, and overall customer satisfaction in the B2B environment.
Job requirements- We are looking for
- At least 3 years of experience in sales with proven sales success
- Extensive experience with Cloud and SaaS platforms
- Nice to have someone well-connected to the Real Estate Industry network in DACH Region
- Based in Vienna, Austria, Germany, or Switzerland
- Perfect knowledge of German and English, any other language is a plus
- A confident appearance combined with excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- High level of commitment and innovation
- Excellent team skills
