YOUR DUTIES

• Takes individual bookings over the phone
• Handles correspondence
• Ensures the weekly commissions are cross checked
• Ensures good customer care is demonstrated at all times when in contact with guests
• Manages all emails from guests and ensure response and completion of all guest requests
• Assists to make all room reservations and maximize room revenue
• Handles administrative office tasks such as archiving and storing documents
• Assists the Reservations Manager

YOUR PROFILE

• a focus on our international customers
• a completed apprenticeship within the hotel industry
• previous experience in the reservation in a similar environment of luxury hospitality is advantageous
• a harmonious and humble soul and attitude
• excellent communication skills in German and English
