Tasks

  • Responsible for the European marketing strategy and budget as well as execution and implementation of the marketing activities to support and deliver business objectives.
  • Lead the regional marketing team in strongly promoting our brands
  • Ensure the proper localization and implementation of global programs and campaigns
  • Measure, analyze, and report the impact and results of regional marketing programs to stakeholders and the executive team
  • Establish regional trade marketing campaign to support the success of the sales team
  • Evaluate European marketing events and carry out effective exhibitions and events
  • Reinforce brand and product messaging in various situations and scenarios
  • Lead the team to recognize internal and external marketing opportunities and solutions
  • Overlook product marketing activities such as understanding customer demand and requirements by market segments, matching this to product requirements
  • Presentation of product vision, features, and functionality to Sales Team and customers
  • Ensure a good cooperation with the product team and a clear communication of our values and USP to customers
Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant & proven marketing experience for B2C brands ideally with 1-2 years in a leadership role
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Strong leader with commercial sense who interprets business facts and challenges and turns them into actionable insights
  • Ability to well utilize global resources and willing to share good cases to other regions
  • Strong verbal and written skills in English and German. Another European language is a plus
  • Good presentation skills, especially in English
  • A strong personality: highly motivated with initiative, passion and excellent problem-solving skills
