Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate the recruitment processes for all marine officers, ratings and cadets, monitor and administer applicants including assigning interviews
• Ensure minimum requirements for all marine positions and present candidates to Managers
• Manage relationships of our global cadet programs and support them during their recruitment stages and academic periods. Make recommendation of promotions
• Coordinate talent acquisition workflow, develop talent attraction campaigns and guarantee exceptional candidate experience
• Provide guidance and support to agencies and global recruiting partners

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree, Associate Degree or similar, preferably with focus on HR
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the area of HR recruitment, preferably in the maritime sector
• Expertise in crewing, shipboard Nautical / Engineering background is highly desirable
• Knowledge of interviewing techniques and able to manage multiple tasks
• Business fluent in English (English is our company language)
