We are "Procurement Pioneers". As the Procurement Excellence department, we are going new ways and always have an eye on the future of procurement. We support and challenge our global procurement community of over 150 colleagues. We learn and grow together in order to achieve the best results for Dr. Oetker in the future.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• As our Project Manager (m/f/d) within the Procurement department, you are responsible for the implementation and support of international purchasing projects, including consulting, optimization and further development of IT-supported purchasing processes.
• Furthermore, you are responsible for the implementation of international rollouts and the validation of purchasing systems with a focus on SAP-MM and BW as well as Data Intelligence.
• You are responsible for optimizing and harmonizing all international purchasing processes based on defined standards.
• The continuous development of the Procurement Data Roadmap as well as the continuous optimization of Data Intelligence and Data Quality are also part of your tasks.
• You are responsible for the conceptual design and implementation, including the design of new SAP BW queries and workbooks, and the continuous optimization of existing evaluation systems.
• The regular support and consulting for solution finding in case of occurring problems in the purchasing processes/systems are part of your tasks.
In addition, you will continue improving methods and tools for successful international project management.

WHAT YOU BRING

• You have successfully completed a university degree and have several years of professional experience in the areas of purchasing, controlling and/or IT.
• You have well-founded knowledge of SAP and BW query programming.
• Your strengths include strategic and analytical thinking.
• In addition to your strong communication skills and flexibility, you have a high degree of team spirit and strong decision-making abilities.
• Your very good written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile.
