CORPORATE SERVICES

We are looking for a support for our Finance & Controlling team.

What tasks await you?

  • You are responsible for our customer and project master data.
  • You will administratively manage our customer projects in our ERP system, including project opening, budget monitoring, invoicing, project closing, etc.
  • You create monthly reports for the business and actively work on internal projects.
  • You work closely with our business controllers, the project managers and the leadership team.
  • You monitor the correct time recording of all employees.

What should you bring with you?

  • You have completed a commercial education and ideally have already gained professional experience in a similar position.
  • You have a strong affinity for numbers and a drive for accuracy.
  • Working with Excel is routine for you.
  • You are very service- and solution-oriented.
  • You have very good verbal and written German skills as well as good English skills.
