You are a communication talent with background in logistics and process-oriented/IT- affine? Then this versatile position as Product Owner (m/f/d) in Hamburg could be just right for you!
Your Role

As a subject matter expert for the order management system KN ESP, you will work closely with IT development teams and various global stakeholders to generate a sustainable competitive advantage in the product.
Your Responsibilities
  • Drive development of Supply Chain Management software products either through in-house development or solution integration
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gain understanding of the problem statements and gather requirements for analysis tasks. Manage business requirement process from idea to go live.
  • Ensure feature priorities align with the product roadmap, mission and goals
  • Collaborate closely with product management, UX and development teams to engineer, plan, coordinate and communicate development activities
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure there is required buy-in for major decisions
  • Set up and test developed functionalities together with business stakeholders, support and IT. Evaluate success and product progress through every iteration
  • Present regularly new functionalities to the stakeholder community
  • Assist in creation of trainings and guidelines of systems and processes and work with business and IT teams to drive continuous improvement

Your Skills And Experiences
  • Bachelor´s/Master´s in logistics, supply chain management or any related discipline
  • Experience in forwarding and logistics or related industries essential
  • Flair for complex IT related subjects; EDI, Business Intelligence or UX experience is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills with very good verbal and written English skills
  • Experience in working within agile product development environments and team player by nature
  • Good people skills; personable, persuasive and presentable with high levels of drive, energy and self-motivation
  • Process oriented thinking and analytical capability combined with confident hands-on mentality and proactive commitment
  • Work under pressure and meet deadlines. Target oriented and attention to detail.
