Product Owner - Branch Operations (m/f/d)

Drive the transformation of our branch operations to an automated future by using exciting new technology to solve operational issues. You will get the opportunity to integrate data pulled directly from the vehicle to solve operational problems, which were traditionally handled manually. Furthermore, you will utilize data from other hardware solutions like License Plate Recognition and Damage Gates. Finally, you will be in charge of creating superior user experience for our agents on the ground and own the user experience of returning the vehicle, which is our last touchpoint to the customer. You will work on strategic projects with high visibility from the board of the company and global impact. DO WHAT YOU LOVE:

• Lead the user experience during the customer return of the vehicle focusing on automated solutions for greater efficiency

• Work actively with data and qualitative feedback to understand customer pain points and ensure a premium experience. You will also drive the user experience of our SIXT agents on Android and web apps

• Understand in detail how Internet of Things works and how it can be applied to operations

• Collaborate closely with our operations department to design how product and processes work together to simplify vehicle return for our customers and increase our operational efficiency

• Deliver an outcome focused product, which impacts KPIs across branches globally. You Create a compelling vision, mission, and roadmap for your product that motivates your team and achieves business objectives. You´ll define, structure, and prioritize the backlog of your product for a quick to market MVP

• Be an expert communicator, who brings together ops, business and tech and communicate up to a board level clearly, you also adapt a hands-on approach and travel around Europe and the US to understand problems firsthand on the ground

COME AS YOU ARE:

• You have extensive experience in product management within an agile environment

• You are strong in understanding and interpreting data and you are an excellent communicator. You grasp complex topics and make them easy to understand for the average person

• Collaborating and negotiating with stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives comes naturally to you

• You have a structured and highly organized way of working and a positive hands-on attitude and you have a habit to find entrepreneurial solutions to challenges at hand

• You are data-driven and impact-oriented; very comfortable with metrics and KPIs. You know how to translate strategy into actions

• You are fluent in English, experience in working with remote and distributed teams is a plus
