For one of our customers, we’re looking for a Product manager (with around 4 years of experience) who believes that entrepreneurial success depends on 3 things: digitization, automation and community.

Tasks

As the latest edition to their full-time product team, you will impact their business in tangible, visible ways and have a seat at the table. Your commitment to applying your product management knowledge to their business challenges in clean and innovative ways will make you a core part of our team. Proud to have a simplified reporting line, you will be working along with the CPTO and will be entrusted to focus your time and efforts where they are needed most.

Important point: You will own projects and influence the company’s direction via:

  • Market analysis and market understanding, Creating ideas for future products and solutions.
  • Present the ideas in form of business cases
  • Monitoring development process
  • Continuous monitoring and improvement of the product after its release
  • Responsible for the product roadmap
  • You conduct market and user research
  • You support the success of the products and contribute significantly to efficient cross-functional collaboration
Requirements

They’re looking for someone bright, ambitious and hustling to join our product development efforts. It’s important to bring energy to this role and a can-do attitude.

They, therefore, need someone who has:
  • Develops products with a customer first approach.
  • Experience in owning SaaS products.
  • Experience in managing products, from concept through to delivery.
  • Worked in an environment going through change.
  • High social competence & strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Experienced in qualitative research and understanding customer needs.
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and good English
