Are you a product management expert and thought leader? We are seeking a dynamic senior professional to manage the successful deployment and adoption of several strategic Iron Mountain products, as well as developing business cases and net new offerings for our European operations.

You will be a self-starter with proven experience of both products and services and strong cross-functional influencing skills. You will maintain a current understanding of various industry trends and evaluate the marketplace to identify product opportunities and target markets.

You will have a proven history of successfully implementing well defined solutions and services and execute market research, clarify findings and collaborate on the generation of product concepts while also being able to communicate concepts persuasively to a variety of audiences.

What You Will Do
  • Drive the development and execution of short-term and long-term product planning, product development, service line strategies and roadmaps, validating with customers and modifying accordingly.
  • Conduct market opportunity, requirements analysis and definition using market research firms, customer/prospect visits and competitive analysis.
  • Gather input both internally and externally to define product concepts, develop detailed requirements, feature definitions and implementation plans.
  • Business-plan generation
  • Drive In-country/In-theatre global standardisation of core Iron Mountain products and services.
  • Lead cross-functional global team in product development and service enhancement initiatives.
  • Package, price and bundle service offerings
  • Analyse the financial performance of current service offerings including win/loss analysis, concepts for new services (includes forecasts for those new services).
  • Manages product / service through all life cycle stages.
What You Will Bring
  • Significant product management experience in a solution lead matrix environment.
  • Strong executive facilitation skills and experience related to strategy development and problem solving.
  • Solid strategic analytical skills (i.e., market and competitive dynamics, business performance).
  • Ability to quickly develop domain and customer expertise.
