For the area of Lab Instruments | Product Development we are currently looking for a Product Developer (m|f|d) for Sartorius Lab Instruments GmbH & Co. KG in Goettingen. In this function you will develop innovative products for the field of laboratory instruments including water purification systems, air samplers and laboratory balances.

What you will accomplish together with us

  • Development of components and complete products from conception to series production readiness under functional, manufacturability, cost and deadline aspects

  • Responsibility for the structured transfer of customer requirements into specifications

  • Concept and selection of mechatronic assemblies

  • Technical qualification of prototypes and assemblies

  • Management of external development partners and suppliers

  • Participation in interdisciplinary project groups and independent management of sub-projects

What will convince us

  • Successfully completed engineering degree or comparable qualification in combination with relevant practical experience

  • Basic understanding of all relevant technology areas including mechanics, electronics, software, test & verification

  • Several years of professional experience in project work and project management

  • Very good analytical and communication skills

  • Independent and structured way of working

  • Good English and German language skills
