Process optimization specialist return process (m/f/d)

In this role, you will be in charge for the process optimization of all returns and complaints from our customers . This is a key position in the returns and complaints management team. You will lead by example, following all established procedures and guidelines to handle all customer complaints and returned goods processes.

Your responsibilities

  • Independently identify and harmonize tool and process weaknesses as part of digitization and automation. Install and use customer satisfaction and productivity measurement
  • Ongoing reconciliation of internal & external customer requirements and independently initiate optimizations. Responsibility for adherence to key performance indicators (productivity, customer satisfaction, returns turnaround times, costs) and agreed targets within the framework of corporate objectives
  • Independently identify customer loyalty opportunities, as well as weighing risks in coordination with Sales and Customer Support)
  • Independent profitability analysis of the internal process, especially with regard to the interfaces from and to quality, as well as in returns processing, initiation of optimization measures as well as follow-up
  • Independent ongoing analysis of the flow of goods of as good as new but no longer storable equipment from customer returns. Identification of solution-oriented opportunities under the aspects of sustainability and profitability (e.g. conversion, repackaging, supplementary sales channels/special sales, etc.). Ensuring process implementation
  • Independent harmonization of cross-site processes in close coordination with Customer Loyalty Management. Interdisciplinary management of cross-site teams with focus on corporate and divisional objectives

Your background

  • Demonstrated experience working on a production line. (Supervisory experience is an advantage)
  • Knowledge of ERP system
  • A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills
  • A Bachelor or Master in Business administration/ Industrial Engineering
  • Very good german skills, good English skills, both in written and spoken
