Responsibilities:

Building a pipeline of investment opportunities;
Screening investment projects, prepare analysis at various stages and be responsible for the trade execution
Leading risk management, due diligence and deal structuring related to specific transactions;
Managing assets, including advising at board-level;
Supervising junior members of the team.

Requirements:

5-10 years of working experience in asset management, private equity, investment banking or relevant financial institutions;
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a major university in a relevant field (finance, accounting, statistics, mathematics, economics etc.)
Exceptional relationship and stakeholder management with a proven track record of successfully operating in a sophisticated organization
In-depth knowledge and extensive experience in financial investment, financial analysis and private equity funds
