The Opportunity

Our IOT & Engineering Team specializes in delivering the most complex projects which require cross-functional technical skillsets in challenging and dynamic project environments. CP’s area of focus is Product Engineering, Plant Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Manufacturing Operations Management, Industry 4.0, Industrial Internet of Things and Consumer Internet of Things. The team has presence across industries, with extensive traction in Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Telecom Energy and Utilities, Retail, Automotive and Consumer Goods. Clients count on our Manufacturing and IOT expertise to help them architect the bridge between the physical world of sensors, machines, industrial processes, places, people and the digital world of software, IoT platforms and data. Your Key Result Areas

• Handling Hexagon tools related topics, for tools like S3D, Smart P&ID, EDM, SmartPlant Electrical Detail, Instrumentation

• German User support for using these tools in customer environment

• Managing the infrastructure related components (server / DB / Firewall / Storage) in collaboration with the respective infrastructure teams

• Perform the lifecycle application support with updates / upgrades, troubleshooting in close collaboration with the respective engineering departments and the vendor Hexagon

• Consulting of engineering departments about infrastructure design (Server, DB, Firewall, Storage) for the required engineering tools

• Handle interfaces towards other systems, like EDM to Prodok

• User access management in customer Identity Management tools

• Implementation of license services

• Creating reports & exports in German and English

Your Qualification

• 5+ years of working experience in an enterprise environment managing the engineering tools environment with Hexagon

• Hands-on working experience in carrying out the customizations (VB) in SmartPlant products like S3D, Smart P&ID, EDM, SmartPlant Electrical Detail, Instrumentation

• Strong knowledge of database set-up & operations

• Hands-on working experience in handling core data exchange services between participatory tools (SDx)

• Fluent in German and English
