We are an early-stage company operating at the interception of high-growth startup and private equity investments.

As our Pre-Sales / Acquisition Working Student you will have the chance to join our company just before moving into new international markets and growing our business significantly. You will play a key role in enabling this growth with an efficient acquisition process flow.

Tasks
  • Take day-to-day responsibility for regular sales tasks, including research, analysis and reporting
  • Support the Acquisition team on key initiatives and processes that have direct impact on our commercial success
  • Drive business growth and productivity in the Acquisition team by identifying and improving the quality and quantity of data in our CRM system
  • Leverage a portfolio of sales tech tools to qualify outbound & inbound leads according to defined criteria and help in the prioritization of outreach by our Acquisition teams
  • You will be very familiar with our target customer profile to effectively and efficiently research and analyze a range of data sources to find both companies and leads which are not currently on our radar

Requirements
  • You are interested in a working student job starting ASAP
  • Enrolled in Bachelor’s or Master‘s student in Business, Economics, Finance, or related subject
  • Initial experiences through at least one prior internship or working student job in a fast-paced environment is a big plus
  • Ability to research and analyze information
  • High level of initiative and quality awareness, as well as a structured and independent way of thinking
  • Be comfortable communicating with stakeholders at different positions
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in creating and maintaining data in our CRM and other systems as needed
  • You are fluent in English and German, any other language is a plus (preferably Spanish and/or French)
