Your new responsibilities:

  • Interface of productline for all commercial and financial topics
  • Ensure the transparancy of financial situation of the productline and active management of financial risks and opportunities
  • Support the improvement of the profitability/cash flow of the Productline Electronic
  • Coordinate, prepare, follow up and support the implementation the business plan of the PL
  • Support the quotes & price strategy at customers together with customer center.
  • First entry point for all Product Line topics related to finance and controlling
  • Drive and support Business Process Improvement ideas with the Product Line
  • Review and check sales planning for budget and strategy plan
  • Consolidate Budget and forecast to optimize profits/cash flow for the Product Line
  • To provide reports and data to management to facilitate proper decision and to drive implementation of measures to improve and make deviation analysis to budget and define countermeasures
  • Drive actively the PCIS price finding, evaluate the risks and advise to PL Management

Your qualification:

  • Academic degree in business administration, finance or equivalent qualification
  • Long-time experience in different commercial fields, especially Business Administration, Finance and Accounting and knowledge of automotive industry
  • Several years of experience in a leadership role
  • Deep knowledge of automotive environment, market, players, cost structure, projects and project structure
  • Controlling, Planning-, Reporting and Finance-Tools, Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Databases
  • Experience outside the finance organization, e.g. sales, production, desirable
  • Fluent English language skills written and spoken
  • Negotiation experiences and claim management
  • Capability to work with intercultural teams and knowledge how to convince, motivate the people to go the extra step
