PDPA Project Manager / IT Security Management Manager

1 year contract (renew)

Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with key stakeholders in gathering business requirement from related parties for mapping workflow with user interface.
  • Developing workflow process, providing technical assurance for the on-going implementation process.
  • Preparing the test script and coordinating among concerned parties during UAT, to ensure the completeness on test script preparation.
  • Handling Go Live process and providing training during implement system to the successful of implementation of all initiatives.
  • Preparing quality status report and materials needed to facilitate critical decisions by concerns parties.
  • Delivering all updated PDPA consent & data to customers and subsidiaries.
  • Monitoring project and escalating critical issues to PM or Head of Project.
  • Possessing working experience in PDPA and / or GDPR is plus.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or any related filed.
  • Good knowledge in principles of IT security and data protection, understanding of relevant statutory frameworks applying to data governance such as data protection law.
  • Strong ability to communicated clear requirements and specifications information to a technical and non-technical person.
  • At least 7 years experiences in project management, business analyst, or other related fields in insurance / banking / consulting, experience in insurance system is a plus.
  • Experience in gathering for data warehouse or similar data systems, digital transformation is preferable.
