Within our brand-new German subsidiary, you will report directly to our General Manager and you will lead our medical training approach for either Northern or Southern Germany (depending on your place of living). In your new role you will:

Develop Training Strategy (20%)

  • Help to build our medical training approach for doctors and pharmacies.
  • Be in close alignment with medical & marketing in our Paris headquarters to develop medical training material tailored to German market requirements.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and partners.
  • Develop a best-in-class approach to quickly drive and support recommendation in the German HCP community.
  • Regularly exchange with the management and your colleagues to work on our strategy to write a true success story – just as we do in many countries internationally already.

Medical Sales Force Content & Capability (20%)

  • Develop and implement the tools and tactics needed to succeed in our sales visits at doctors and pharmacies from a medical training point of view.
  • Create German medical content for our sales force in alignment with our international team.
  • Identify material to adapt from other markets. Define specific needs for the German market.
  • Prepare and give medical capability training sessions for sales force to build the medical and training capabilities within the sales force team.
  • Have knowledge about sales tactics and methodologies.
  • Act as the key point of contact for medical enquiries from our sales force.

Medical Trainings for Pharmacies & Doctors (60%)

  • Develop medical content and storytelling, tailored to the German market.
  • Prepare and give digital (Webinars) and face-to-face training sessions for pharmacies & doctors in your region.
  • Visit doctors and pharmacies within your region on a daily basis to provide them with trainings and in-depth medical information.
  • Focus on the most important and biggest customers in your region.
  • Our Sales Force will support in agreeing training agreements with our customers for you to follow-up on.
  • Present our products and medical research results to health professionals and impress with your professional expertise and social skills. You will take into account their needs and provide them with an accurate and personalized response.
  • Quicky adapt your training tactics to identify the path to success, individualized to your specific customers.
  • Record your activities in our CRM system.
  • Analyze the potential and needs of the health professionals in order to optimize retention and develop recommendation.
  • Keep a permanent watch on your geographic area by undertaking competition analysis or identifying key opinion leaders and key customers vital for our success.
  • hare your learnings with your team and the organization and pass-on relevant information and requests to relevant departments (regulatory, marketing, etc.).

Your Profile

  • You bring a lot of drive for success, self-motivation and entrepreneurial spirit
  • You are agile and like to quickly adapt to new developments and market needs.
  • You are passionate about medical science and interaction with pharmacies and doctors.
  • Bachelor’s degree with Medical Scientific background
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time
  • At least 5 years of experience within the Pharmaceutical industry, ideally with strong relations with pharmacies or doctors. Knowledge on micronutrition, phytotherapy and individual nutrition highly appreciated.
  • You have exceptionally strong communication skills and know how to win customers, both from a sales/economic as well as a medical/scientific point of view. You understand the importance of a clever combination between medical science and sales tactics.
  • You are an expert in health solution training and value-based training methodologies.
  • You have good IT skills – Excel and Powerpoint are not a challenge for you.
  • Driver’s permit.
  • Fluency in Business English is a must-have. French language skills are a plus, but not a requirement

This role is home-office / field-based.
