What’s the scope?
This Marketing Manager role is an exciting opportunity where we’re looking for a strategically strong manager with solid experience in Whole sales marketing. A strong team player with leadership competencies. In this role you will collaborate with Sales, Merchandising and Creative services. You will ensure the Go To Market calendar is integrated across all functions with a focus on brand alignment and best in class consumer experience resulting in strongest conversion with each account.
Your responsibilities as our Marketing Manager GAS;
  • Preparation and implementation of the localized annual marketing calendar across all channels (retail and WHS) according to European strategy.
  • Build strategic relationship with all key functional stakeholders - act as local brand ambassadors
  • Managing the execution of campaigns, promotions and other initiatives across all applicable marketing channels, including the management of local agencies & partners
  • Implementation of national/regional activities, e.g. local influencer-, consumer- or B2B-events, store openings/reopenings as well as trade fair participations in accordance to the brand guidelines
  • Educate and inform internal and external stakeholders on brand updates, campaigns and all marketing activities
  • Planning and controlling of the regional marketing budget
  • Implementation of the global PR plan by supporting the coordination and management of the local PR agency
  • Support of PR requests from the business/trade press in the local markets, in close cooperation with the Headquarters PR Department
  • Fluent in English and German.
Skills for Success:
  • Marketing or Business Degree.
  • Minimum 4 years of Marketing management experience.
  • Experience in Whole sales marketing
  • Proven Marketing achievements
  • Deep understanding of the Lee & Wrangler brands as well as the lifestyle industry
  • Language skills: Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Fluent in German.
  • Willing to travel frequently.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Good commercial mind set and business acumen.
  • Strong Strategical thinking.
