Location: UK OR EU remote

A fantastic opportunity has become available due to an internal promotion for a tenacious Marketing communication specialist to join our Marketing comms team in our Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry Division, working on a range of campaigns you will be the backbone of marketing within the division

We are looking for an experienced marketing professional who is able to manage stakeholders at various levels and approaches there work in a consultative manner.

What will you do?
  • Work collaboratively with regional marketing managers to aid planning and execution of regional programs and digital tactics
  • Advise on marketing best practice and collaborate in project planning stages
  • Implement the marketing processes in order to deliver marketing tactics in accordance with service level agreement timelines, brand guidelines/standards, legal/regulatory guidelines
  • Mentor new or junior team members to enable them to work independently on projects
  • Coordination and collaboration with external suppliers, agencies, publishers
  • Set up promotions with tracking capability and collate and report out on marketing project performance and advise on optimization strategies
  • Optimise marketing tactics using data in order to deliver on targets
  • Craft good marketing copy that is suitable for the chosen media/channel

How will you get here?
  • Significant marketing experience across the entire mix including website, mobile, video, social, e-commerce, (digital) events, lead scoring programs, marketing automation, direct sales and channel partners
  • Marketing degree a plus
  • Project management experience or qualification (desirable)
  • Data-driven marketing approach
  • Be comfortable with collating results and reporting to wider teams in a clear way, including making recommendations to improve performance – always with growth/revenue objectives in mind.
  • Creativity with marketing approaches
  • Ability to work independently/in a group setting/with little direction/with direct supervision
  • Team player essential
  • Advantage: strong story telling/copy writing skills; Previous experience with tools like AEM, Wordpress, WordFront adobe analytics; building tactics/lead scoring programs in marketing automation platforms; knowledge/experience working Agile; language skills of other European languages are an advantage
