Aufgaben
- Develop strategic concepts for our talent management landscape and succession management processes in SAP SuccessFactors as part of a Centre of Expertise for our EMEA region
- Actively support the associated implementation and change processes across all hierarchy levels
- Coordinate and advise our management within EMEA-wide calibration and succession planning processes
- Head initiatives and projects to strengthen international leadership, talent and expert development across the EMEA region working closely together with our local affiliates
- Degree in business administration psychology or social sciences with focus on Human Resources Management, or equivalent
- At least 5 years professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in a multinational company
- High interest in talent management and development trends and their impact on organizational culture
- Good knowledge of relevant HR Information System environment, ideally SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong communicative and creative as well as analytical and conceptual skills
- Passion for teamwork to shape people and culture development in an international environment
- Very good written and spoken English skills
