Your tasks

  • You develop an Innovation & project Controlling, working closely with R&D;
  • You are responsible for controlling the project costs including planning, developing, controlling and forecasting the projects’ budgets;
  • You ensure that projects are completed within approved budgets;
  • Your responsibilities are customer projects and internal projects like R&D projects;
  • You lead the capax approval process in line with the capex budget;
  • You are responsible for cost center controlling and perform regular reviews with the responsible person;
  • You introduce and perform a best-in-class Product Costing closely with Product Management;
  • You analyze actual manufacturing costs and prepare periodic reports, comparing standard costs to actual production costs;
  • You analyze changes in product designs, raw materials, manufacturing methods or services provided, to determine and improve effects on cost.

Your profile

  • You hold a Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance or similar education;
  • You have 3+ years’ experience as a Manager in Project and Cost Controlling area or within a similar function discipline;
  • You gained good leadership skills and comprehensive experiences to lead and work with global and virtual teams;
  • Your Microsoft Excel skills are advanced;
  • You are familiar with common ERP and BI Systems;
  • You are highly organized and apply highest standards of accuracy and precision;
  • You can articulate with good verbal and written communication skills in German and English;
  • Your ability to think creatively, a high level of commitment and self-motivated is extremely pronounced;
  • You demonstrate the ability to roll-up sleeves and work in a hands-on management capacity.
