Our clients Operations Practice assists businesses in solving complex operational challenges. Blending strategic thinking with hands-on practicality, their teams of consultants and experts work to develop and implement operational strategies that solve our clients’ most critical problems.

Their main focus is on building client capabilities to lay the foundation for continuous improvement working with companies in service industries and also with product-based companies seeking to develop and optimize service offerings for their customers. We have taken the proven tools of lean production and Six Sigma across industries and tailored them to specific operating environments in each of the sectors we serve.

What You’ll Do

You will play an active role in problem solving for clients including identifying issues, forming hypotheses, designing, and conducting analyses, and synthesizing conclusions into recommendations.

You will shape the digital agenda of the clients, create the next generation of operational models, and digitally transform end-to-end journeys, using advanced analytics, robotics, and agile methodologies in service-oriented industries. In addition, you will assist our client teams in developing strategies and technology road maps for implementing processes and operating systems that support digital service operations applications.

You will also gain new skills and build on the strengths you bring to the firm. You will receive exceptional training, frequent coaching, and mentoring from colleagues and senior leaders on your teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and exceptional academics required

• Broad experience in modern technologies (digital solutions) and robotics – preferably gained in the banking, insurance, or software industry or from specialized consultancies (e.g., digital Service Operations, end to end process digitalization, lean/Six Sigma, zero-based-budgeting

• Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities

• Mobility and enthusiasm for taking on longer, international assignments

• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills

• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and local office language
