Your tasks:

  • You are responsible for individual phases and work streams of the M&A process.
  • You create and structure information memoranda.
  • You evaluate strategic drivers of specific sectors and integrate them into financial models, financial analyzes and company valuations.
  • You create sector, company and competition analyses.
  • You take responsibility for creating pitch presentations and ensure close and personal contact with potential clients.
  • You address and communicate with investors.
  • You take on the supervision and training of young team members.
  • You independently conduct discussions with entrepreneurs and investors and actively support the sale of companies’ services.

Your profile:

  • You have completed a degree in economics or a comparable degree with a focus on corporate finance with outstanding success
  • You have already gained 2+ years of relevant professional experience in M&A consulting or in the corporate finance environment
  • You have an excellent knowledge of human nature and can effectively accompany discussions and negotiations even in complex situations and inspire your interlocutors
  • You convince with strong analytical, conceptual and communicative skills as well as active team spirit
  • You have excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • You have very good knowledge of German and English
