We are looking for you! We are currently hiring a forward-thinking and results-oriented Legal and Compliance Operations Manager (f/m/d). This position will be based in our Frankfurt office.

In this role you will work closely with the Global Head of Legal and Compliance Operations, the General Counsel office and business stakeholders at all levels of the company. As our Legal and Compliance Operations Manager, you will be key in crafting processes and practices to improve the day-to-day efficiency and effectiveness of the Legal and Compliance team, facilitate change and control costs. In this generalist role you will adapt to changing priorities and business needs and must be proactive in identifying areas of need and generating action plans.

  • Define and drive operational initiatives with timely and on-budget results
  • Report on key operational metrics for the practice group to support decision making, including matter and work product analyses
  • Identify and implement legal and compliance department tools to streamline newor existing practices, as well as manage design, rollout and training for new systems
  • Develop and monitor processes to handle outside counsel usage and spend
  • Assist with budget matters and optimizing workflows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Compliance, Sales, Business Development, Regulatory, IT and Finance as well as well as other various business units
  • Lead the team’s efforts in the preparation, implementation and refinement of forms, processes and procedures relevant to areas of coverage
  • Ensure accurate execution of processes by the team
  • Initiate and support service design and digital transformation within the Legal and Compliance department
