What Awaits You
  • Lead the international developer team in the implementation of exciting international customer projects with a focus on the further development of our travel microservice middleware iXX1 (https://www.pass-consulting.com/branchen/travel/travel-web-api/)
  • Further development of the architecture to a cloud vendor independent scalable microservice solution
  • Collaboration with internal colleagues as well as with partners and (international) customers
  • Further development of our cloud based Web API based on state-of-the-art technologies in an international environment
  • Monitoring
What Makes You Stand Out
  • Degree in computer science, business information systems, or a related computer science field of study
  • Relevant professional experience in a leading software development role with globally distributed team members
  • Very good analytical thinking skills and independent, structured way of working
  • Very good experience with the following technologies: Java, Java core libraries, Java concurrency model, Java memory management, JUnit, Spring framework, JPA/Hibernate, Relational Databases/SQL, XML/JSON, Tomcat, GIT, Maven, OOP Concepts & Patterns, Service Oriented Architecture ( SOAP / REST)
  • Extensive knowledge of architectures (FAAS, Microservices) and their realization based on Docker and Kubernetes in various cloud environments.
  • Experience in Drools 6.5.0 (rules engine) is desirable Extensive experience in agile methods
  • Very good written and spoken English skills (business fluent)
