Aufgaben

  • You will support our Operations & Risk team on key back-office processes and ensure a good product usability
  • You will be responsible for the settlement taking place correctly
  • You will be the go-to person on operational and regulatory questions for our banking team and handle external request of their clients in the banking sector
  • You will support in risk management and credit limit monitoring connected to customer and retailer onboarding
  • You will help to provide all necessary information and
documentation to ensure an optimal onboarding of new customers and retailers and work closely with other departments
  • You will prepare and further develop the reporting process for the management and partner institutions
  • You will have the chance to improve, standardize and automate our operational processes with your own ideas
Qualifikation

  • You have completed an apprenticeship in a bank and/or you have a bachelor’s degree in economics or a comparable course of studies with focus on banking, finance, law or tax
  • You have already gained first experiences in the financial service
industry, ideally in an AML/AFC, compliance, credit or risk controlling department
  • You have basic knowledge of regulatory requirements regarding financial services
  • You have good MS Office skills and describe yourself as IT-savvy
  • You are fluent in spoken and written German and English to communicate with our colleagues and external stakeholders
  • You feel comfortable in a start-up environment and you are
characterized by a diligent, reliable and detail-oriented way of working
