(Junior) Manager Global Marketing Planning (m/f/d)

How you will leave your mark:

• Proactively collect and consolidate information coming from product categories, marketing disciplines, and markets request, becoming the main point of contact for the International Marketing team
• Consistently nurture the brand calendar and inform brand strategy, contributing to raising the quality and consistency of all marketing activities and overall information transparency across the organization
• Ensure successful monitoring and communication of key Brand KPIs with the support of external and internal partners, for the benefit of all Montblanc markets
• Support the team in day-to-day activities such as gathering and preparing supporting materials and documents for meetings, meetings’ follow-ups, and recaps
• Support the gathering and digesting of various external inputs (market and customer research, analytics and brand studies, social and cultural trends, and creative opportunities) to identify customer insights and brand opportunities

How you will experience success with us:

• At least 3 years of work experience in a larger organization. In the luxury industry would be a plus
• You are a strategic thinker and possess excellent attention to detail
• You demonstrate the ability to consolidate and evaluate diverse information sets in a consistent, structured, and digestible way
• You are highly organized with great interpersonal skills. Have great project management skills and are not afraid of handling more than one project at a time while being the guardian of each project’s deadlines and criticalities
