Contribute to monthly and annual closing procedures
Support preparation of monthly management reporting for department heads and variance analysis
Contribute to monthly and annual planning processes (forecast, budget)
Support preparation and reporting of cash flow statement
Assist with business partnering activities for global headquarter functions
Independently conduct FTE reporting internally
Ensure correct booking of invoices within the headquarter legal entities

Requirements
Bachelor in business administration (with a focus on controlling/accounting/finance)
First experience in finance and controlling (e.g., internship)
Strong analytical skills and affinity to numbers
Quick apprehension, self-initiative, and reliable working attitude
Proficient with MS office applications (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Flexible team player with the ability to work across functions
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
